Quyang International Sculpture Culture and Art Festival opened on September 28 in Yangping Town, Quyang County, a national-level characteristic town and the birthplace of sculpture. 
This cultural and art festival is sponsored by Baoding City Government, undertaken by Quyang County Government, and co-organized by Hebei Arts and Crafts Association, Hebei Stone Carving Association and Hebei Sculpture Industry Association, aiming to promote the international exchange, integration, innovation and development of sculpture culture, and promote the sculpture culture with Quyang characteristics,achieve the development goal of "World sculpture art capital" in Quyang.
